Don't use alkali to treat it first! Let it interact with a weak base (like soda ash, Na₂CO₃)—it'll instantly release heat and produce CO₂ microbubbles! These tiny bubbles penetrate fabric fibers, instantly boosting their penetration! Neutralized materials won't do this!

A hard water killer: Is your water high in calcium and magnesium ions (Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺)? This solution will proactively "embrace" them (chelate them), forming a precipitate that's then discarded.
